My broadband internet was working fine Tuesday morning but in the afternoon was dead. I unplugged the router, rebooted it and the laptop but nothing. Then checked the phone and found that was dead too. Called Sky and they said they would pass the fault on to BT as they said there was a problem at the exchange. 2 days later still no phone or internet. I know how to go to a friend to access email and log on. |
