| I read that there is a new EU law that clothing shops have to be more respondible in dealing with their excess clothing stock and it is now illegal for them to destroy it. Perhaps that has something to do with it. Something needs to be done the huge mountains of of discarded clothing. We've long needed a similar law sbout the excess food bring grown, fed and watered, nurtured to perfection, chosen, packaged and distributed only to be destroyed rather than given away to be EATEN when not sold! |
