I'd hazard a guess the mesh fence is an extra - I'd say maybe an extra £20k to £30k I'll hazard another guess - in areas (or in total) it'll never come down under the steam of the council but will collapse in areas with people climbing over it. Pure guesswork but a lot of this fencing looks to be in response to the RoSPA report carried out well after the horse had bolted off over the horizon into the setting sun of everyones favourite climate emergency. Another point... surely others must have noticed the continued back wash of water at the Elers Road entrance? Seems to be backing up from a SW MH but we've not had any rain worth discussing for a few weeks - it is also a tad smelly. Curiouser and curiouser......... |
