Hi Bill. The fences will stay until the grass has fully established and landscaping is complete. I imagine there will be some access as and when this happens. But we’re all speculating. Best to contact your councillor directly. If you find out more, let us know. Summer isn’t the best time for seeding. This should have been ready last spring, but at least the main work is done now and we can see what it will look like. |
