I saw that on Friday and it’s certainly not in any of the plans or CGI fantasy pictures published by the council. One presumes it’s there to keep the hoi polloi off the earthworks when they get round to re-seeding the grass area. The Heras fencing has already gone and the rest will follow in due course. Incidentally, a good friend of mine who lives next to Lammas bumped into Cole Gareth Shaw there last week, who admitted the whole project has been a shambles. |
