| Fully accessible public transport would be a start. However, as this is beyond the remit of a local council all that they can be seen to do is curtail use by restriction which will actually achieve nothing as, similar to public transport, they cannot prevent those from outside the borough transiting throughthe borough. It is certainly not as simple as putting in half-arsed disjointed cycle lanes. The cars will still come and the frustration will grow. |
