| Unfortunately you are banging your head against a reinforced lead lined wall. It is embedded in the culture of Councils ,the NHS, the Government, the Post Office, BBC, Civil Service, TfL, GLA and many others. We see a Prime Minister brought down because even he was ultimately stitched up by the fear he was perturbed by some of the cultures within the workings of administration and appointed 'advisors' to tackle and identify this sort of culture. Trouble is he made very bad choices of advisors, handled things badly, and underestimated the venom of the establishment and was targeted and set up to fail. He may well have actually been on to something. And dealing with it may well have become his biggest achievement. Only time and history will tell. This clandestine culture runs very deep, to the point that even Boris's closest allies bar a very few run for cover and abandon their beliefs. Not one question asked of any candidate about this issue. Not one has dared talk about the seriously overdue reforms needed. Pretty understandable too. Anyone from any Party will simply be dealt with in the 'British' way. Even the media won't tackle this, be it a local council, NHS or in government. Until the electorate really wake up , nothing will change, and that won't happen. |
