| Does anybody have any more current information about car park charges in Gunnersbury Park? All the kit seems to be in place and they need the money so it is surprising they haven't activate it yet. The web site says 'not before November' which doesn't really tell us anything we don't already know. It would be great if the delay is down to a reconsideration of the appalling arrangement by which parking and parking fines are to be managed. |
