A section from said "defence":- "Conservative leader Cllr Gregory Stafford wrote to the council’s chief executive, Martin Smith, to urge him to investigate 23 questions he said needed answering in relation to an A2Dominion social home occupied by Cllr Bell’s family. But Mr Smith declined the request, stating an investigation would “not be appropriate or justified”, and that the council leader has no case to answer." Doesn't seem too transparent to most Council Taxpayers? Not to worry, Paul Najsarek will undoubtedly answer the 23 questions now if they're resubmitted. ;-) |
