| I think the violence has increased with the reporting of it through social media increasing the awareness and sometimes the anxiety.. There is also an increased divide between the haves and have-nots - see the Deayton report. Without the extra support of youth services which have been so cut there is not the same amount of back-up for hard-working families or anyone else. A lot of parents are working but that does not mean that they have the money for all the extra clubs as less seems to be included nowadays eg music and sport. |
