What happens to whistleblowers nowadays? The NHS seems to subsidise private practice. I remember someone advertising their services privately using an NHS email address. I don't think this should happen. Private customers obviously don't pay the full price. When things go wrong privately - guess who picks up the tab. The NHS. Surely the NHS should countercharge? Do they? |
