Will the CQC look at GP practices too? I would very much someone to look under the skin of the South Ealing Health Centre which has resisted attempts by flatly refusing to allow a local health monitoring charity poll its patients for quality and satisfaction. The departure of a particularly "jobs worth" business practice manager has left a bad taste in the mouths of many of us patietns and though there have been changed the parsimony and administrative unpleasantness of this practice prevails. |
