I think that you will find that these establishments are self-limiting. They all go bust eventuallly. No there is no demand for this food that justifies the immolation of so many chickens. The business, however, appreciates in value as the property market goes up so you sell on the lease or the freehold for a profit. Then there are the benefits of having free (illegal) accomodation for your (illegal) staff, at least three to a wardrobe, somewhere on the premises, etc. |
