| Hmmm..I wonder. I was born near Crystal Palace in South London and moved to Ealing when I was in my 20s. I worked in an airline office in Chiswick High Road originally, then moved houses from Haven Green to Perivale and now have my restaurant in Acton. So Ive spent the majority of my life in the borough and I do think I made the right choice. I love the many green parks and open spaces. In fact Haven Green looks a lot nicer now than it did when I lived overlooking. But I dont like how its turned into a bus garage. Or the number of small independant shops that have closed. Or the number of bars and pubs operating so late. 16years time??? More and more flats, more residents, more crowds, more stress, more shops closing on the high street. Maybe its time for me to retire to a beach in Thailand (keep dreaming David) |
