| Paul Patrick was cleared of fraud according to the report so you perhaps should considering withdrawing your original post. As for the report it is by the Council, which resents schools controlling their own budgets, as it would prefer they all were directly funded by the LEA so there is perhaps an element of vested interest in the attack. I would imagine the Governors considered the excellent results achieved by the former head excused a degree of administrative disorganisation. |
