I've looked at the MIPIM stuff that Arthur received from the Council. The Council had 100 development sites up for sale and 32 'old' housing estates up for demolition and rebuild with lots more homes to be packed onto the sites. Clearly if the Dickens Yard model is to be followed, all the tens of acres of public land on which these estates sit will be sold off to property developers.

Specifically BTW the LDF plans call for 10,000 new homes (mostly flats) to be built within 800 metres of Acton, Ealing, West Ealing and Southall Stations by 2026. the Council is promising to tell us in May 2020 where the new schools, new NHS Polyclinics and new Police Stations/'Shops' will be built to locally service these 20,000+ new residents.
