| By my own totally non-scientific survey on my way to work this morning on a collection day bought forward from Wednesday to Tuesday I would estimate only half the households had put their rubbish out. Perhaps all on holiday? Surely a default of being a day late than a day early at least means that any bags on the street for one day at most. It will be interesting to see what is out tomoorow morning? |
