As regards the NHS Polyclinic planned for the new Daniels, according to the NHS PCT plans released in April 2008 it should have opened this month!

As well as the flat owners concerns I think the lack of PFI money for these so-called 'LIFT' projects is scarce and as UK plc is close to being bust, the Government isn't keen to give away any more of our money or print some more.

So Daniels will stay boarded up for months and years perhaps. Why has no-one flyposted on the boarded up building?
