| Since when did you handle PR for this appalling council we have? I sweep the litter into a pile and leave it to be taken away. I did this last year and managed to get a local councillor to get a street clean. The plums at the council accused me of piling it up so tightly that the rain etc made it into a lump! I don't pay my inconsiderable council tax to do the work for them and I'm sure that goes for most of Ealing. |
