| As with so much else today, theres no point having rules and regulations if theyre never likely to be enforced. The days of a bobby on the beat flagging down an errant cyclist with a cheery just a word in your shell-like, young man! are long gone. More seriously, theres been no attempt to regulate e-bikes and scooters in any sensible way for the lack of any likelihood of enforcement. |
