| It was cllr Manro who spoke at the WEN meeting and he did indeed indicate that the current mess would probably have to be demolished, due to liabilities for defective work. Apparently it’s common practice. I doubt any aspect of what’s there would be salvageable. Given the shoddy nature of much new construction there are no guarantees that even the foundations will be reliable. |
