Ann I lived at No.9 Grosvenor Road across from the Maisonettes. Our back garden backed onto the back garden of the Surgery, which around 1952 was occupied by Dr. Miles Laske and his daughter Lucy often called us (my brother Howard and I) over the wall to play with her. A littlelater Miles and his family moved out of the house and his brother Samuel Laske moved in. If memory serves me right I think there was one more brother working in the Clinic/Surgery. They were the Family Doctors for many in the Neighbourhood, possbly your parents.
