| Merton council enforcement bully boys, managed to follow an 82 year old lady home & issue a pcn. Her heinous crime? Feeding ducks. She was reduced to tears & the council have since apologised . The gestapo company apparently have said nothing but will be spoken to - no doubt told good job lads but try to be discreet. So why don’t these combat dressed , intimidating bully boys, who skulk behind pillars, go to Ealing Common & this A2Dominion doss house. I reckon it’s due to the culprits being intimidating & will tell them where to go. Also they no doubt are on benefits, any punishment or fine will increase shoplifting to pay off & jail time falls on us as tax payers |
