| It's funny how some people just won't or can't look at any other point of view. There is usually a much bigger picture. Much more effort should be made to make sure that our buildings are safely insulated and that people know how to best keep warm with heating and avoid condensation. People need to know how to control that heat instead of having thermostats that are too fancy and complicated which are often in the wrong place when they do not need to heat all rooms to the same temperature. If you are in a flat and it is not your roof and it is not insulated - do you know who the freeholder is? |
