| There's second hand and there are always people making their own adaptations to things to make them easier to use. The point is that they exist. What has been much harder is organising housing here so that remedial works have been done and now we have a lack of workers. We've had Govt grants and incentives to insulate homes with workers not knowing what they were doing to more recently from organisations who knew what they were doing but didn't have enough workers to do the job. |
