| Add in water consumption to cool the servers and the viability of data centres looks distinctly dodgy. For a water stressed area ((c) Thames Water) it doesn’t make much sense to stick so many in west London. But then all the people want to store their Instagram pictures in the cloud. I suspect many of them think it really is a cloud.... |
