I've written before of the delights of visiting the Pitshanger Lane area (to get my Covid jabs etc) and enjoy watching the street scene from one of the Coffee Bars.

Today I've collected some laundry from near South Ealing Station..and afterwards stumbled across the Munsons Coffee shop with it's fine view of the delightful area of "Old Ealing".
Frank Housego (the once Mastermind Champion and Taxi driver) once described the significance of the Area.. before Brunel's railway arrived.
It was the old Fire Station that caught my eye today. I had seen it available for 'rent'recently (for an antiques shop?) but is now being lovingly decorated for an upstairs/ downstairs home. Cute and cosy.
It's another corner of Ealing to visit and enjoy.
