| Agreed, though they can't all be climate change centres. I think that they should be converted into housing. Imagine that, being able to live on the ground floor instead of on the psychologically-challenging upper floors miles high in the sky above the shops, and of course, many shops come with a patch of pavement or yard that can be turned into a garden by lifting the flagstones and planting trees and plnats improving air-quality and the general well-being of the area. |
