| If those who pass such things on political grounds rather than pragmatic grounds remain permanently culpable for future incidents, we would not be seeing such rubbish passed so easily and so poor in standards. The stakes would be too high. Funny how a candidate with a 30 year old Drink and drive conviction can be banned from office, but a candidate who knowingly votes through an unsatisfactory and unrecommended development, can carry on regardless. |
