| Ealing food waste collection is infuriating. After reporting 2 missed collections on line nothing happened. So I complained and a woman from Liverpool (complaints are obviously outsourced) told me it was my fault and I had put the bin out incorrectly. But she didn't know why and I should call the Council. So I called and there is no option to select re complaints about collection. I put the bin in the same place as I have always so I have no idea what I have done wrong. But it is all my fault. The Council insist it is my fault . Also my fault that animals keep getting into the bin and making a mess / health hazzard. Suggestions please Ealing Council ? |
