| Mine and my neighbour's food box were not collected a couple of weeks ago, even though they were both correctly positioned and in the same place they always were and previously always collected. I complained and also got two calls from the lady from Liverpool who speaks so quickly it is difficult to understand what she is saying, insisting the bin was not positioned correctly. I live on a busy road and on collection day it was not possible to park near our houses so I suspect laziness won. Mine was collected the following Monday, collection day being Wednesday. |
