| I know that cash delivery vehicles can ignore certain rules but they certainly should never get on the pavement. They are given some flexibility in parking to reduce the risk to their staff. Endangering the public by getting on the pavement is against the law for them as well as everyone else. This is hard to enforce as the vehicles do not hang around waiting for tickets. I would suggest that the best thing is to talk to the most senior person at the Halifax and remind them that this makes them look bad. Usually works. Failing that start publishing photos of the G4S vehicle on the pavement. |
