All our transport system is in a mess, whether road, air or rail. Everywhere else in Europe their transport systems are far more superior than here and they are getting better year by year. Has anyone here driven on the M6 recently or trying to get anywhere in Wales past Swansea or going to land's End or Inverness via the M1? we still have A roads that are not wider than country lanes, most of our train  are travelling on lines that have been built hundred years ago, our airports are inadequate for the amount of traffic they carry, our roads are congested and we are the laughing stock of Western Edurope - even a country like Slovackia is building more roads and upgrading their rail system than us. the Victorians have left us a legacy, what are we going to leave our next generations?
