| ah, thanks tony, now it all makes sense. just one question: you missed out left-handed lesbian nicaraguan bus conductors driving left-hand-drive hybrids on even tuesdays..... actually.. it's humble pie time. if you read the ticket all the way through (now tell me, who is going to do that??) it clearly states "valid for one hour only". i.e. totally different from any other CPZ (eg queens park, surbiton) that i;ve ever had to scratch and sniff a card for. so why the flaming heck did the warden come up with this cock-and-bull story about a new by-law??????????? i'm STILL mad as hell and i STILL can't take any more. |
