| David, I am glad the system worked well for you. It does work well most of the time - we only hear about the relatively few times it fails on here. As a councillor I phone customer services frequently on 020 8825 6000 and the things I call about typically get sorted out quickly. Whether it is fly tips, graffiti, pot holes, broken footpaths, blocked gullies call the number and you will be amazed how quickly these things are sorted. If not chase them up and if there is still a problem get a councillor on to it. Don’t put up with things not working on your street. |
