| I shouldn’t waste your time debating this with Dim, Peter. He’s just trying to wind you up. The plastic bag charge isn’t specifically a tax. It’s a purchase, and millions are still sold every year. That’s different to a fine. There’s a website about yellow box junctions that helps those fined for breaking the regulations. It’s an interesting read because a lot of these box junctions are deliberately designed to trap motorists, often being far bigger than necessary or being in the wrong place. Many motorists are getting off the fines because of this. Dim us being, well, dim. He’s following the LCC idea that all drivers are evil and should be punished. He lacks any understanding outside his little smug bubble, which is clearly a character trait of all his type. |
