It’s nonsense to try & compare the two. You don’t need a bag, can take  1 with you, or a rucksack, box, just carry stuff.
The 1 tax, I repeat motorists are attacked at any & every turn,
I will list examples ( yet again).
Yellow box
Bus lane
Traffic signals
No right/left/u turn
Congestion
Pollution
Ltns
Parking
Some fool will pipe up with obey the rules, but a lot are so sneaky it’s a trap.
And it’s certainly not 40p, it’s many ££££ entrapment, a days pay for lots
People trying to go about their business
