| The cost of doing something other than what planning permission allows me to do can be high - buildings can be demolished, for example. Has Councillor Driscoll created an opportunity to sort out the mess in Lammas Park though seeking legal redress by changing the purpose of the scheme to that of wetlands? The planning permission for the Lammas Park SUDS is specifically for a dry bed SUDS, not a wetland or indeed a swamp. Is there now an opportunity to sue him and Chris Bunting and others jointly and severally for a breach of that planning permission if not for fraud? Any thoughts there peeps? |
