| "Consulting" ie. Often engineering a biased questionnaire with loaded questions so as to provide a pre-approved and predetermined result. And if the actual result is upsetting and doesn't fit with what is considered the required "right" result. Ignore the "Consultation" and plough on regardless with what was always intended anyway. HOW many times have we seen, experienced and exposed these "Consultation" farces not to be sceptical? |
