That was Braleys. The guy that owns the model shop used to teach history I believe at Cardinal Vaughan. A wonderfully engaging and knowledgeable man you could spend hours in there buying a tiny tin of paint. He stocked obscure radio bits and gears for Tamiya models which I was constantly upgrading to get just a little bit more speed out of them. He also stocked American Revell kits. The entire shop stock is being recovered for auction by a specialist auction house. I shall miss the shop and I wish him a long and happy retirement |
