| To borrow a description of the Taj Mahal, Waitrose is a pearl in a pile of dung. John Lewis is about to contribute to the decline of the area with its planned monster towers , helping those slums in the sky of the future. There are some pockets of West Ealing that are still decent, but it’s almost the inverse of gentrification going on. More and more crap spreading into the area. There were plenty of concerned residents raising these issues at the last WEN forum. All of which went unanswered by councillors. |
