| When looking to buy my first house in the early 80s I looked at places in W13. I just didn't think it was that nice an area even back then and sadly have only watched as it deteriorated ever since. There are of course decent W13 environs but in, around and off Uxbridge Road is mostly dire. There's just no WILL by The Authorities to tackle the issues Head On and Robustly. Is there. I really do sympathise with the decent people stuck in this horrible downwards loop. |
