| I popped down to the hood this morning. 2 cars parked on zigzags. In decent days of old,3 points & £100 fine. The warden is too busy in Manor Road, ticketing some poor sod a millimetre out of a bay. Easy touch see, working & paying tax. If I can spare any change to the crackheads, it’s now £2 for a cuppa.
