Anybody who thinks that passenger assistance will be readily available at any time, even booking ahead, lives in a fantasy world. Then again looking who has posted this facile comment, I am not surprised. TFL have been called out on more than one occasion by Transport For All for not having the required assistance available even to those passengers who booked ahead Walk a yard (most will never be able to walk a mile)in a disabled passenger's shoes Paul then you might have some understanding. |
