| No group more frustrated than the police who arrest and then see the CPS decline to prosecute on the thinnest reason. Lest we forget who lead the CPS from 2008-2013 only to be succeded by someone criticised, seemingly weekly, for their response to high profile sexual abuse and assault allegations. |
