| I would strongly recommend getting in touch with one of your local councillors, who are the people best placed to help you. Names, the wards for which they are responsible and contact details are listed on the borough's website on this page: https://ealing.moderngov.co.uk/mgMemberIndex.aspx?bcr=1 I hope that this helps - it must be very distressing for you all, trying to sort out the problem. And sorting out council-related problems for residents in their ward is one of the prime responsibilities of a councillor. |
