| I am trying to take Ealing Council to Court but am hampered by my lack of of legal experience , they have assigned a solicitor to send me threatening messages warning me of court costs etc. My claim is based upon the fact that in the 6 years I have lived in the borough Ealing almost always ignore emails and take no action to protect tenants from rogue private landlords , I am sure many of you here have negative experiences with the council , would ask anybody with some basic legal experience be willing to help me obtain justice . I am trying the small claims court but its not straightforward at all , I think its time Ealing residents united against the Council who despite the new leader almost never listen to the genuine concerns of local residents , I will happily share a contact email if anybody is willing to assist me in any way |
