Probably the last hope that the 26-storey won't be built in the centre of Ealing has gone as the Secretary of State Robert Jenrick has declined to intervene. If he had there would have been a public enquiry which might have cast more light on exactly how this was allowed to happen. As Jenrick's track record shows he is relentlessly pro-developer this probably was not a huge surprise. |
