Testing is what is needed.  What we have on offer is not all that is needed.  The virus is being spread by people who do not know that they have it - asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic people - many will be those young people who don't think they are susceptible and who are therefore ignoring the request to wear masks or to distance.

And some of those young people will get it badly - probably those who have been heavily exposed to it - and their lungs may never be the same again.
