| As has been said often ,the irresponsible littering of Parks,beautiful Walpole eg where people have a party and leave rubbish without even placing near bins.I see it every morning while walking in this attractive Park.The answer could be for every one to take it with them and put their home recycling bins...why not? Also face masks and gloves in Waitrose ,Coop wherever is necessary ,in all shops. Countries that have followed this rule have been successful in keeping Covid in check. |
